After watching a late nite infomercial on tv with this cool old man named Carlten Sheets, sitting on a barstool telling me I could get rich in real estate by buying and implementing his no money down real estate course, I bought it believing this would get me one step closer to this dream.  I bought that course and the rest is history.  I remember it like it was yesterday, one of my best friends begging me to quit watching these training videos "that Shit don't work" he said, let's go have fun.  

I started implementing these strategies, and it worked.  I had small success at first and I actually flipped a run down trailer home in a trailer park.  I didn't make much money on that first deal but it was my first deal and it gave me the confidance to keep going.  Since then I've been blessed to flip several hundred houses and have had a lot of successes as well as a lot of failures along the way.
